You are sending a get-well bouquet to a friend in hospital, arranging an anniversary surprise, or trying to find the right sympathy arrangement for a family you have never met. We wanted to test a different idea: what if you could just describe the occasion in your own words and have a bouquet designed for you on the spot? The catch was timing.
